Assignment Capsule: This eCommerce Strategist is part ofthe Accessing Care Team for the Health and Wellness Store launching early 2019.This role is responsible delivering an amazing end-to-end experience for thecustomer journey on web and mobile app. You will identify and prioritize siteenhancements using quantitative and qualitative analysis. You must have theability to build strong cross- functional relationships across many departments. Key components of success are creatingand defining processes, collaborative problem solving, organization,implementation, and communication. You are responsible for: * Partner with product owner and business stakeholders to develop product strategy and roadmap to recommend new projects, identify key initiatives, site enhancements as well as help manage and execute this roadmap * Clearly identify and measure KPIs for your areas of responsibility. Develop measurement strategies using analytics and testing tools to drive ongoing optimization. * Serve as a liaison between Business and IT teams to ensure digital solutions meet expectations and provide customer value. * Collaborate with designers to create site enhancements * Manage the end to end experience for web and mobile app while also influencing the consumer experience (building relationships will be important) * Identify product needs based on consumer insights, analytics, financial and operational targets and metrics, and competitive analysis * Perform due diligence and necessary analysis to vet new product/feature ideas. * Understand how our members use digital and how changes to channel experiences can have positive or negative impacts on customer buying behavior. * Develop a strategy to convert paper mail orders into online orders * Utilize analytics and customer insights to identify conversion friction points and user experience pitfalls, test different strategies and drive recommendations that will improve conversion, AOV and overall site experience * Partner with key members of the Finance department to develop sales/revenue forecasting plans * Partners with customer service to obtain shopper feedback and train customer service on new site experiences * Responsible for the customers product search and browse experience for the Health & Wellness store across all device types. * Keeps abreast of emerging trends, the competition, e-commerce industry leaders and advancement in digital technologies that align with our brand and improve the experience or processes. * Manages the process of switching platforms * Manage relationships with vendors * Collaborate with designers, product owner, business, corporate marketing * SEO best practices * Understanding digital customer acquisition Role Essentials: * 3+ years equivalent work experience * Entrepreneurial Spirit * Web and Mobile App experience * Demonstrated ability to think strategically * Strong analytical skills * Proven success with optimizing online sales funnels to improve conversions * Proven success driving online marketing efforts direct to consumers * Experience in leading digital strategy efforts * Experience using web analytics tools
