This role is responsible for creating the merchandising and marketing strategy, developing and maintaining the editorial and promotional calendar for Over-the-Counter products. Key components of success are creating and defining processes, collaborative problem solving, organization, implementation, and communication. You will be the subject matter expert for creating personalized customer experiences, understanding the customer journey, content creation, navigation, taxonomy, internal search and analyzing product/category performance. You are responsible for: * Responsible for set up and execution of all daily/weekly/monthly website changes including managing data related to seasonal content, product information, product imagery, site functionality, promotions and pricing * Partner with marketing to plan email cadence and strategy that will increase conversion * Develop and manage the website product, promotional and release calendar * Responsible for updating and maintaining website content in accordance with marketing and promotional calendar * Continually evaluate, test and improve merchandise taxonomy. * Manage regular site merchandising, including product categorization & taxonomy, product ranking for product result pages, cross-sell & up-sell strategy, and visual merchandising. * Launches and analyzes on-site promotions. Ensure all promotions are setup for optimal execution on the site. * Website management identify bugs, QA and makes sure everything is working properly * Partner with Marketing and Creative to create content strategies that support key launches and promotions * Oversees internal search track which keywords are generating the most revenue and have the highest conversion rates, which keywords have a high exit rate, which keywords lead to no result pages and redirect. Make data-driven decisions, leveraging web analytics and customer feedback to optimize search result landing pages. * Work with design team to develop site assets as part of promotional campaigns and product launches * Review competitor websites to ensure industry alignment with categorization, promotions, trends and customer experience. * Lead strategies for site navigation, product listing pages and product detail pages. * Analyze site metrics and related data to identify opportunities to improve merchandising and the customer experience across the site and various product categories * Manages the additions and removals of products from the e-commerce catalog.
