  • Responsibilities

    The Assoc Ops Sup Analyst is responsible for providing monitoring, reporting and operational support services, including but not limited to; Account tax certification reporting, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance monitoring, financial transaction reconciliation. Additionally, the Assoc Ops Sup Analyst serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day monitoring and reconciliation support to IPB US business in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Daily reconciliation of MIFT processed by IPB U.S. locations.
    • Escalate and follow up in any reconciliation difference by email, person, or conference calls.
    • Generate and analyze a daily report containing changes of status performed in all IPB U.S. accounts to confirm block placements and removals are justified in accordance with IPB U.S. process.
    • Build demographic report for changes performed on all IPB U.S. accounts to monitor all addition of signers, change of address and telephone were performed in accordance with IPB U.S. process.
    • Provide support to IPB U.S. In-Business AML Unit performing changes in customers' relationships
    • Monitor the relationship of IPB U.S. Operations Third Party Vendors. Payments reconciliation, agreements/ICSAs status verifications, invoices processing backup, interaction with IPB U.S. Third party Vendor Management and others.
    • Research and interpret standard information and identify inconsistencies in data or results
    • Assist in training team members on established processes
    • Prepare basic presentations for management
    • Leading, co-leading and/or participate in business operating initiatives and project management. Ensure proper process controls are followed as required in MCA assessments or audit reviews.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 3years of experience in Bank Operations, Data Analyst, Accounting or Finance.
    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access preferably experience with data analysis, pivot tables, graphs and tables.
    • Knowledge of Business Banking, Citi Commercial Banking Products and Services
    • Proven problem-solving skills
    • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
    • Ability to work independently and exercise mature judgment and adhere to policy guideline.
    • Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines

    EDUCATION:

    • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent experience
