    Intern, Client Operations (3) Headquarters, Winston Salem, NC/en-US/inmarcareers/job/Headquarters-Winston-Salem-NC/Intern--Client-Operations--3-_JY183825/applyThe Client Operations Intern will support client efforts by assisting with or performing data gathering and organization, data analysis, industry and client insights, and client-specific recommendations and presentations. This position will expose the Intern to multi-discipline, cross-functional process improvement teams and provide a working knowledge of the Supply Chain, Promotions and Healthcare industries. MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITES * Work with Client Operations and Relations account teams and cross functional team members to problem solve for root cause and provide analysis to support findings. * Work with team members to gather and organize data from multiple internal and external sources to provide valuable insights and actionable information. * Work with the Client Relations team to develop value-added ideas and process improvements.nbsp;nbsp; EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE * Active student pursuing a degree in Business or related field with a target graduation date of August 2019 or May 2020 * Must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or better * Student must have familiarity and interest in data analysis, continuous process improvement concepts, and strong problem-solving skills * Strong collaboration and teamwork skills * Intermediate level proficiency of computer software programs, such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.nbsp; (Access and Sequel are beneficial also.) * Ability to work independently with confidence * Detail orientation * Strong skills in preparing and presenting presentations, reports, and research results The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the major job responsibilities (essential functions) of this job.nbsp; Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the major job responsibilities.
