Inside Sales Representatives will answer inbound calls and sell our products by providing quotes on the following insurance products: Auto, Home/Condo/Renters and Umbrella. Sellers will conduct a needs analysis, share features and benefits, handle objections and close the sale to lead the client through the buying process. Achieve monthly sales goals to earn incentive along with your base pay – the incentive is uncapped!

No cold calling! Base salary plus a monthly incentive!

• Maintain an appropriate study schedule and discipline to prepare, pass, and obtain the NV Property & Casualty insurance license within training time-line, if not licensed at start date. Ameriprise pays for the course and provides house training to obtain this license. The company also provides ongoing support to maintain your license by offering free on-line Continuing Education.

• Develop high quality customer rapport with Clients via inbound calls (no cold calling) and conduct needs analysis to generate insurance quotes that properly insure Client's property/properties.

• Address concerns and consult with Clients on the benefits of Ameriprise Insurance products to close the sale, meet monthly sales targets and earn incentives.

• Successful Representatives are able to meet or exceed sales targets, execute high quality service calls with Clients, understand and meet multiple performance metrics, and abide to insurance industry regulations. All items are factored to meet monthly incentives.

• All training is paid time by the company.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the company.

Required:

• High School diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Property & Casualty (Not required at hire date, but will need to acquire within 30 days from start date. Ameriprise pays for your first attempt at attaining).

Preferred:

• Excellent interpersonal, listening and communication skills.
• Prior experience within a contact center or customer service.
• Ability and attitude to thrive in a high-paced, metric driven environment.
• Previous sales experience a plus!
