What You’ll Do

Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships across personal, farm, and commercial insurance clients through proactive communication, timely follow-up, and attentive service.

Identify and pursue new insurance opportunities through in-person, online, and phone interactions.

Guide clients through renewals and remarketing when appropriate, ensuring retention through proactive, relationship-focused support.

Collaborate with team members, sharing insight and expertise during weekly virtual meetings.

Manage policy documentation, audits, and billing accuracy within the agency management system.

Approach each day with a solutions mindset and a genuine commitment to helping clients and teammates succeed.

What You’ll Bring

Active Nebraska Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)

2+ years of personal and commercial lines account management experience

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Strong knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and industry procedures

Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills

Proficiency with agency management systems and office technology

Nebraska Life license (preferred, not required)
