Responsibilities: • Spend time listening to new and potential clients, assess their priorities and finances, and determine suitable insurance plan options that successfully meet their individual insurance needs • Create tailored risk management strategies directly with clients that align with their risk profiles • Stay abreast of insurance industry protocols and policy changes to ensure fulfillment of all policy requirements, and monitor insurance claims to ensure mutual satisfaction Qualifications: • Excellent communication, customer service, analytical, and interpersonal skills are necessary • Insurance license required • Candidates should have basic computer skills and be able to use Microsoft Office programs • High school diploma mandatory; four-year undergraduate degree strongly preferred • Experience in sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and loyalty • Proven track record of effectively managing business operations, including budgeting and recruitment • Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex insurance and financial concepts to clients • Ability to work independently and take initiative in prospecting and marketing efforts • Experience in the finance or insurance industry is preferred, but not required Compensation: $150,000 at plan commission
