CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - COMMERCIAL LINES - INSURANCE - RIVERSIDE, CA

YOUR POSITION. . .

• Responsible for supporting team members and customer support
• Research and resolve coverage questions
• Respond to clients by email, phone, and in person in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer files and database

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU. . .

• Experienced - You have at least 1+ year of customer service experience in the insurance industry.  
• Must have a valid P&C License.
• Spanish speaking preferred.
• Knowledgeable - You are knowledgeable of insurance terminology
• Leadership - You develop an employee-oriented company culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, employee retention, development, and high performance
