  • Responsibilities

    'This role’s primary focus will be concentrating on enforcing Cyber Security measures and controls for Qualys vulnerabilities for all OppenheimerFunds workstations and creating automation for our current departments work flows.

    This role will support existing Client Technology Support, Engineering and Cyber Security staff with:

    • Create automation through analysis and scripting of current processes, migrating server maintenance, software deployments and other tasks.

    • Remediation of all end user Qualys security vulnerabilities, including IT developer tools to comply with Cyber Security standards.

    • Monthly monitoring and analysis for all enterprise software deployments, ensuring version controls are accurate and current.

    • Create metric reporting, analyzing and remediating any deviations in desktop standards to ensure software consistency.

  • Qualifications
    • Preferred major: Computer Science/Information Systems

    • Microsoft Excel with pivot table and macro experience

    • Strong analytical and research skills along with excellent written and verbal communication skills

    • Familiarity and/or exposure to Windows, Mac, MS office products, PC hardware

    • Scripting knowledge desirable
