    Job Purpose

    The Intern will provide assistance to the department. The Intern will participate in activities and provide support to various members of the department.

    Essential Job Responsibilities

    • Provides administrative assistance to the department.
    • Conducts research related to department initiatives.
    • Answers questions from other departments.
    • Research companies, contacts, and phone numbers.
    • Due diligence on managers and performance comparisons.
    • Salesforce - Data Cleaning.
    • Client Service Support.
    • Ad-Hoc projects provided by the Sales & Distribution team and/or other departments.

    Other Duties

    • Performs other duties and/or projects as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

    • Basic knowledge of the financial service industry.
    • Pursuing or intending to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Business-related major.
    • Demonstrates problem solving skills in a customer focused environment.
    • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
    • Strong communication, organizational & communication skills.
    • Excel and PowerPoint experience.
    • Presentation Skills.
    • Self-motivated and able to work independently.

    Qualifications

    • H.S. Diploma or equivalent (GED) required. Associates or Bachelors course work preferred.
