The intern will work with the TA Oversight team on responsibilities related to a multitude of initiatives focused on risk, compliance and audit. These initiatives would provide valuable operational and leadership experience, as well as encourage team work and collaboration. Initiatives may include escheatment readiness, contract analysis, completion of internal and external audit processes, as well as control reviews within the Risk Mitigation and Monetary Control functions. The intern will grow to understand the business and are encouraged to expand their knowledge through meetings and communication throughout the department and company.

Duties will include:

• Spreadsheet creation, manipulation and reporting

• Quickly learning the details of complex systems and reports

• Communicating and presenting findings and recommendations to management

• Ability to self- manage time/work

• Curiosity of the financial services industry

• Junior year completed

• Strong problem solving and communication skills

• Strong experience with Microsoft Excel

• Detail-oriented

• Business, Economics, Compliance, Risk, Audit, Analysis and/or Data-oriented major preferred
