If this sounds like a team you want to be a part of, read on to learn more about the opportunity to join us. **Job Purpose (Job Summary): **To provide Information Security (IS) Identity and Access Management (IAM) services across IT and the business. To serve as an Identity and Access Management (IAM) team member assisting on activities within the IAM program including integration, continuous improvement, day to day operations and, as needed maintenance activities. The individual will work as a representative of the IAM Team to other areas of the organization. The individual will be a key member of the IAM team and part of the Global Invesco Information Security team responsible for ensuring information security standards and controls have been implemented across Invesco. Key Responsibilities / Duties: * Act as a representative contact to both business and IT partners in supporting the development and deployment of IAM services and maintaining the client relationship of ongoing support. * Provide IAM solution technical support and coordination in projects or for issue resolutions as required. * Propose IAM solution enhancement and/or integration designs for review. * Respond to inquiries related to IAM policy and IAM system application and appropriate use. * Assist in the enforcement of Invesco Security and IAM policies, procedures, and configuration standards. * Support IAM team in testing enhancements and integrating with managed platforms and applications, resolving technical issues as appropriate. * Assist in IAM platform upgrades and security patch applications as needed. * Responsible for IAM pipeline of work items as assigned; Coordinate and implement work efforts; provide update on progress. * Configure as needed IAM solution connectors for integration with organization wide information systems, platforms and applications. * Configure IAM solutions for producing compliance reports, as needed. * Manage IAM system accounts, as needed. * Maintain, Monitor IAM solution performance and configurations; provide ongoing support. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical or business / governance issues encountered in IAM solution operations. * Assist in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and user application issues. * Assist IT and Auditors in periodic vulnerability assessments of the IAM solution and its components. Working Conditions: * Normal office environment with little exposure to noise, dust and temperatures. * The ability to lift, carry or otherwise move objects of up to 10 pounds is also necessary. * Normally works a regular schedule of hours, however hours may vary depending upon the project or assignment. * Hours may include evenings and/or weekends and may include 24 hour a day on call support by pager and/or cell phone. * Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally. Frequency and duration to be determined by manager. **Work Experience / Knowledge: ** * 3 years operational experience with Identity and Access Management solutions (IBM / Oracle / SailPoint / Sun IDM or others)Experience in implementing IAM solutions in one or more of the following areas: User provisioning, web access management, role based access control, user access certification, federation/cloud access, strong authentication and privileged user management. * Experience with applying Technology and/or Access related General Controls. * Experience working with employees from varied backgrounds and business sectors applying IAM solutions to business needs. * Understanding of Security frameworks and standards (NIST, ISO 27001, etc.) * Understanding of various regulatory requirements (HIPAA, Sarbanes-Oxley, GDPR, etc.) * Production support experience in incident management, problem management and change management for issues related to the IAM solution and its components. * Understanding of service level agreements and prioritization of incidents/enhancements. * Experience in carrying out application integrations with an IAM solution dealing with provisioning (e.g. workflows), single sign-on (WIA, Forms, HTTP) and PKI concepts. * Experience with technologies such as: Java, JSP/Servlets, XML, Oracle, MSSQL, Active Directory, Windows, PeopleSoft, Blue Prism, Orchestrator * Experience in one or more scripting languages a plus. (e.g. Java, PowerShell, etc.) * Working knowledge of web / application servers (IIS, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBoss and Apache). * Willing to learn new technologies. * Good technical documentation skills and understanding of SDLC processes.
