(*As of December 31, 2017) **Job Purpose (Job Summary): ** The candidate will work within Invesco Real Estates North America Performance team and will be exposed to the manner in which commercial and multi-family investment performance is measured, analyzed, and benchmarked across the globe. The assignment will last a total of 8 to 10 weeks, beginning in May/June and continuing through July/August in Dallas, TX. **Key Responsibilities / Duties: ** * Support in reporting all asset and portfolio performance to NCREIF, MSCI, Portfolio Management, and Invesco Advisers * Download data from external data providers that will be used to create analysis and benchmark data * Participate with team members to research data and create analysis to help understand what is driving Invesco Real Estates investment performance across its portfolio * Assist in creating reports for dissemination to different departments within the business * Other duties as assigned **Work Experience / Knowledge: ** * Exposure to using Excel and working with large datasets **Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required: ** * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written * Detail oriented and exceptional organizational skills a must * Strong research and analytical skills required * Ability to work in a team, as well as independently **Formal Education: **(minimum requirement to perform job duties) * Attainment of a graduate degree in a business/real estate field is in process **FLSA (US Only): **Nonexempt The above information on this description has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed by employees within this role.
