Citi's Institutional Clients Group (ICG) is looking for Summer Analysts to join the Investment Banking Financial Strategy and Solutions team in NAM. The Investment Banking group provides sector expertise and strategic advisory solutions, including mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and other strategic financings to corporate, financial service and public sector clients. Initiatives you may be working on with clients include mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, financial restructurings, underwriting, and distributing equity, debt, and derivative securities.

We are the corporate finance analytical and advisory team within Citi's Investment Bank. We provide sector expertise and strategic advisory solutions, including mergers & acquisitions, capital raising and other strategic financings to corporate, financial service and public sector clients. Our work frequently entails considerations around valuation; capital structure; credit ratings; risk management; liability management; shareholder distributions; and acquisition and funding strategies. In partnership with Citi's product and industry experts; we design innovative solutions to assist our clients with a broad range of financing and M&A transactions. We demonstrate Citi's thought leadership in corporate finance by developing thematic content on new and emerging trends in financial markets and periodically publish reports that are widely circulated amongst our clients. We have offices in New York; London; Hong Kong; Mumbai; Seoul; Singapore; and Tokyo. We are a diverse team of financial professionals with backgrounds in investment banking; consulting; credit rating agencies; academia; and capital markets. We're committed to teaching you the ropes. The 10 week Summer Analyst Program starts in June and begins with a 1-week in-depth training program. While you're in the Summer Analyst role, you're eligible to participate in Citi's mentorship program, which will provide further training and guidance during and after the Program. Top performing Summer Analysts often return to Citi after graduation to work as Full-Time Analysts.

Your time here will look something like this...

• Research project aimed at creating new proprietary content
