    OppenheimerFunds, Inc. is recruiting current college students to fill our summer intern positions across many different business areas of our company. These positions welcome students who are interested in gaining meaningful experience within the financial services industry.

    Our Summer Intern Program is designed to give the experience of a full-time job within the structure of a robust learning program. The program provides Interns with a holistic vision of how our Company works and helps prepare them for their future careers.

    The ideal candidate should be pursuing a degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or other quantitative discipline, with relevant internship experience. This position will report to the VP, Fund of Funds Portfolio Manager of the Global Multi-Asset team.

    Responsibilities:

    • Perform statistical analysis as needed to support the development and management of a multi-manager fund of funds

    • Assist Portfolio Manager with investment due diligence and other various projects

  • Qualifications
    • Excellent quantitative skills with an interest in Analytics/Data

    • Understanding of financial theory, including asset pricing, portfolio theory and derivatives

    • Experience in planning and executing projects from conception to implementation

    • Ability to think critically with high degree of attention to detail

    • Proficiency in Excel, programming, and statistical modeling (MatLab /R)

    • Excellent communication skills
