Assisting traders with various tasks including but not limited to:

• Resolve trade issues from various accounting groups including Trade Processing, Trade Settlements, Securities Valuation, Securities Analysis, Compliance, and Internal Audit
• Assist the data management team with setting up required security master records for trading and pre-trade compliance
• Work with Corporate Technology Group to support various system administration functions. i.e. reporting, blotter configuration, account setup, etc.
• Monitor and process pending corporate actions and maintain documentation
• Perform various ad hoc reports for Traders and Trade Assistants.

• Strong verbal and written skills
• Strong analytical skills, with the creative thinking ability to build a compelling story from the numbers
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Preferred major: Finance, Economics, or Business
