    OppenheimerFunds is seeking a Summer Analyst on the Global Equity team. The Global Equity team has an industry leading long-term track record, with average performance in the top decile over a period of ten years, and extremely low employee turnover. The Analyst will work directly with the Portfolio Manager and will be responsible for generating investment ideas and analyzing investments in the portfolio with rigorous company-specific, bottom-up fundamental analysis.

    This role provides the Analyst significant freedom and flexibility in how research is conducted but also provides mentor relationships to assist in the process. The Analyst will have to use a robust analytical framework in the context of the team’s investment philosophy, which focuses on high-quality businesses with sustainable competitive advantages that offer a compelling long-term investment opportunity.

    • Responsible for investment analysis, market research and portfolio construction across product lines.
    • Provide thought leadership and market insights that inform and help clients, advisors and consultants build wealth and relationships with investors.

    • Currently pursuing graduate level degree in one of the following fields: Finance, Engineering, Science
    • Self-directed, detail-oriented problem solver with an ability to work with high levels of ambiguity
    • Highly motivated and desire to learn about Investments.
    • Must be proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
