    Job Description At Citi, the Investor Relations team (IR) is responsible for effectively communicating Citi's strategy and financial performance to the equity research and institutional investor communities. IR develops and communicates the firm's financial and strategic messaging to these stakeholders on an ongoing basis to provide an accurate and current understanding of Citi and to ensure that Citi maintains a stable, high-quality investor base and generates interest from new investors. IR accomplishes these goals in several venues including Citi's quarterly earnings calls, semi-annual fixed income investor review calls, industry conferences and meetings. Additionally, IR works closely with senior management and the Board of Directors to explain the market's perception of and outlook on Citi to inform strategic decision making. RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Assist in managing relationships with research analysts and institutional investors and stay abreast of qualitative and quantitative changes to estimates and models
    • Assist in the preparation of external disclosures, including quarterly earnings releases as well as quarterly and annual SEC filings
    • Assist in developing materials for shareholder engagements, including meetings, conferences and Investor Days
    • Monitor shareholder activity, including changes in ownership, and report to senior management as needed
    • Analyze valuation of Citi and positioning in global competitive landscape

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 3+ years of financial services experience in asset management, research, investment banking or investor relations preferred
    • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with time-sensitive deadlines and multiple demands
    • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; keen attention to detail
    • Ability to learn and work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
    • Sound business judgment and ethics
