Job Description
Do you like solving problems, working with people, and helping customers? If so, this is the role for you! Your primary goal as a Customer Experience Intern will be to help customers adopt new features through a variety of customer-facing and internal projects. These projects include new features enablement, customer communication, contact management, data hygiene, and technical project management support. You will get the opportunity to learn sophisticated sales and analytics softwares, and work cross-team with Product, Marketing, and Sales.
This is an excellent opportunity for you to get first-hand experience working with different teams at a dynamic technology company. A solid work ethic, desire to learn, and attention to detail are essential. Previous interns have secured full-time roles at Invoca and other leading SaaS companies nationwide.
This role is for an intern who can work 15 - 25 hours / week.
