    Job Description

    Do you like solving problems, working with people, and helping customers? If so, this is the role for you! Your primary goal as a Customer Experience Intern will be to help customers adopt new features through a variety of customer-facing and internal projects. These projects include new features enablement, customer communication, contact management, data hygiene, and technical project management support. You will get the opportunity to learn sophisticated sales and analytics softwares, and work cross-team with Product, Marketing, and Sales.

    This is an excellent opportunity for you to get first-hand experience working with different teams at a dynamic technology company. A solid work ethic, desire to learn, and attention to detail are essential. Previous interns have secured full-time roles at Invoca and other leading SaaS companies nationwide.

    This role is for an intern who can work 15 - 25 hours / week.

    RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

    • Crafting and editing copy for customer communication
    • Analyzing and conducting audits on data
    • Coordinating new feature rollouts for both internal users and customers
    • Ad-hoc Customer Success & Customer Marketing projects
    • Administering account contacts in CRM
    • Compiling reports from multiple marketing automation platforms
    • Collecting customer use-cases for customer marketing
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Ability to commit 15-25 hours/week, for at least 6 months (or 2 academic quarters)
    • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Proficient in Google Drive apps (Doc, Sheets, and Slides)
    • Ability to think through complex problems and projects
    • Data analysis skills
    • Foundational knowledge of a company’s operational structure
    • Foundational knowledge in marketing
    • Desire to learn and ability to adapt
    • Bonus: Basic understanding of HTML, JavaScript, or the equivalent
    • Bonus: Technical writing skills
