Reprise - Billing Analyst Job Description Position Summary As an integral part of the finance team, the Billing Analyst is primarily responsible for the management of billing and adherence to timely clearance and approval of payments of Agency media activity, as well as all necessary production fee and WIP billings. The individual in this role, who reports to the Finance Manager, is able to work diligently and act as a trusted business partner. Responsibilities Include: Ensure that all client media & fee billings are raised timely and in line with client-specific contractual requirements Ensure all client production jobs are properly set up and in line with client requirements Ensure timely clearance of media activity by the Healix Account teams Budget vs. Billing analysis on a monthly basis Manages Inter-Company/Inter-Office transfers Manages timesheet submission compliance Maintenance of all production billing worksheets Discrepancy resolution with vendors and planners Respond to vendor requests for Accounts Payables information Process invoices Assist in key analyses and ad hoc projects as necessary Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as Business) or equivalent work experience Work Experience: 1-2+ years experience in Billing/Finance preferred Media industry experience a significant plus Skills: Strong skills in Excel is necessary Ability to work in a fast paced, team oriented environment with a high sense of urgency Ability to collaborate well with staff, clients, and vendors.
