Information about JPMorgan Chase & Co. is available at www.jpmorganchase.com Responsibilities could include: * Utilize programming and analytical skills to perform data extraction, sampling, and statistical analyses/modeling using logistic regression, multivariate analysis, discriminant analysis, etc. * Develop and apply mathematical and statistical theories and methods to collect, organize, interpret, and summarize numerical data to discover useful information and to provide business insights for: profitable growth opportunities, consumer credit quality and behavior trends, and desired risk/return relationships and portfolio performance. * Design, develop, implement and validate statistical models and segmentation strategies for credit card risk management * Conduct ad hoc analysis to support ongoing projects and business needs Qualifications: * Masters or PhD degree in Statistics, Economics/Econometrics, Mathematics, Operation Research or equivalent quantitative field * Familiar with statistical programming languages, such as SAS, R, or Python, for data treatment and modeling * Knowledge in statistical modeling (regression, time series, multivariate analysis, etc.) and hands on modeling experience is preferred * High level of accountability and good communication skills
