The Commercial Banking Product Management organization is accountable for end-to-end management and strategy for two large CB-owned product groups., Treasury Services (TS) and Credit Markets (CM). Treasury management products are used by over 90% of the CB client base, providing comprehensive payment services, including Cash Management, Commercial Card, Merchant Services and TS FX. Credit Markets consists of 5 specialized credit groups, including Asset Based Lending (ABL), Equipment Finance (EF), the ESOP Advisory Group, the Syndicated Finance Group (SFG) and Trade Finance, acting as a strategic resource for bankers to bring customized, comprehensive solutions to meet the various credit needs of the firms clients and prospects. Position Summary: As part of the CB Product Business Management team, the Business Management Associate (BMA) will be responsible for managing and delivering strategic initiatives that impact the CB Product Organization, including Big Data initiatives sponsored by the Head of CB Product, the product aspects of the CRM and Credit Navigator projects, and strategic product reporting dashboards that will be deployed in our target state EDH Platform. The role reports directly to the Senior Business Manager and offers high visibility to senior management, direct engagement with the CBs 2020 transformation agenda, and will provide a great foundation of product knowledge and target state technology. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation of core business management skills, including strong technical skills to analyze data, the ability to summarize and present business initiatives to executives, and the ability to manage complex projects. Primary Responsibilities: * End-to-end management of Product-sponsored Big data initiatives, including translating business requirements, working with our DAT visualization and data science teams, and creating a project roadmap. * Primary CB Product contact for CB 2020 Transformational initiatives, focused on the launch and development of CB Navigator Client Relationship Management (CRM) * Support the Head of CB Product, by deliver data analysis and executive level presentations as required * Work with the broader Business Management and CB Strategy teams on select strategic initiatives that cross-impact CB Product * Leverage broad understanding of the business to identify areas for continued process improvement and enhanced efficiencies Key Skills Required: * Execution and project management skills Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities. Qualifications: * Minimum 2 years of work experience * Investment/Commercial banking or management consulting experience preferred * Business management and/or project management experience preferred * Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint (PitchPro) required * Expertise in Microsoft SharePoint (design and maintenance) preferred * Familiarity with internal JPMC systems (e.g. Client Central, CKC) is a plus * Familiarity with internal reporting tools and datamarts [e.g. Business Objects, QlikView, Qlik Sense, CBBI, EDH]
