The Product Transformation Strategy team is a dedicated, strategic team with a mandate to design, articulate, and drive critical strategy and business transformation efforts with the ultimate goal of improving Chase Merchant Services operating and financial performance. Responsibilities : Own and drive day-to-day project management and delivery of key strategic initiatives and recommendations to support the businesss global transformation objectives Scope problems, identify issues and actionable opportunities, design solutions, and quantify financial and business impacts Collaborate with team members to build hypothesis sets, analyses, and roadmaps for solutions Design, structure, and execute both complex quantitative and qualitative analyses Stay abreast of market trends, lead interview campaigns, working sessions, and deliver executive-level presentations Advise and influence executive leadership on key business decisions and major change initiatives, building strong trusted advisor relationships Identify potential roadblocks/obstacles and escalate issues as needed Manage and actively invest in building and developing junior team members MBA or an advanced business degree from a top-tier program preferred 3-5 years of experience with a premier strategy consulting firm or an internal consulting/corporate strategy team, including managerial experience motivating and leading high-performing teams 2+ years in payments, technology, e-commerce or financial services Exceptionally strong client management and executive-level communications skills Ability to structure a variety of problems and apply analytical tools to develop solutions Strong EQ with insatiable desire to develop and mentor junior team members Knowledge of product development processes, project management processes and understanding of product development lifecycle strongly preferred
