JPMorgan Chase Corporate Real Estate is responsible for a worldwide occupancy portfolio of 80 million square feet across 65 countries in over 7,700 properties. The Real Estate Finance team manages a gross global expense base of over $4 billion. JPMC is seeking an analyst to join the Global Real Estate (GRE) Global Design and Construction (D&C) Project Management Office team (PMO). Key Roles and Responsibilities: + Provide direct support to the D&C PMO leads for reporting, compliance and process related activities + Manage D&C SharePoint site content and updates on a regular basis + Support efforts for process improvements managed within the D&C PMO by conducting analysis and reviewing product delivery + Develop and present content and strategic insight for communication to the global team members via SharePoint and newsletters + Prepare quantitative and qualitative presentations by developing adhoc reporting through coordination and follow-up + Supports initiatives to analyze data and determine impacts, identify problems or needs, and develop solutions + Perform sustainability testing as it relates to active action plan initiatives assigned by D&C PMO Risk and Controls lead + Assists with risk mitigation and resolution by process and/or technology solutions as identified + BS degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Business, Statistics, or Project Management is preferred + 2-4 years of relevant experience; Construction Management experience preferred + Must be proficient in Microsoft platform (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio and SharePoint) + Exceptional time management skills and the ability and presence of mind to escalate issues when required + Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail and follow through + Strong interpersonal and leadership skills + Ability to work independently and multitask + Basic understanding of financial reporting
