Morgan. The Corporate Client Banking Treasury Services Team at J.P. Morgan focuses on complex U.S. and Canadian companies with revenues in excess of $500 million requiring both traditional banking services (lending and treasury) as well as investment banking products (including, but not limited to, debt and equity capital markets, risk management derivatives, and M&A). This team is a key member of the overall client relationship and is a leading provider of global; cash management, liquidity and commercial card capabilities. We develop, implement and deliver a full range of solutions that are both domestic and international. The Role The Treasury Services Associate Program is a three year program implemented to develop top talent for the Commercial Bank Treasury Services Business. The program provides a structured career path with training towards a client facing role where successful individuals would have the opportunity to have their own client coverage within Treasury Services. The associate is an integral coverage member for our Treasury Team. The position is primarily geared to providing support to Treasury Management Officers (TMOs) and International Product Specialists (IPS) with new sales targets and achieving portfolio growth objectives. Responsibilities include accountability for account plans and pitch books, while ensuring coordination among product partners, TMOs and other international partners to develop holistic global client solutions. As a member of the team, the position plays an integral part to help gain, manage and maintain the client relationships. This role allows an individual to develop skills over time for a successful career within the firm and to pursue more senior client coverage roles within Treasury Services. Primary responsibilities include * Work with the TMO and IPS on all client related items: client proposals, global treasury solutions, cost/benefit analysis, pricing and profitability models * Assist with client call preparation by creating relationship review materials, pitch books, account plans, and conducting customer research

• Understand clients' Treasury cash management structure and objectives
• Coordinate with product partners and international coverage teams to develop comprehensive global solutions that add value for our clients * Develop and understand competitors products and positioning within the client & market * Work with TMOs and IPSs throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately * Coordinate with internal partners to ensure successful implementation, product ramp-up and accurate pricing/billing * Bachelor's Degree required * 3-6 years of work experience within Banking, Professional Services or Corporate Treasury Roles * Strong interest in a client facing role, and in working with experienced banking partners in order to recognize a client's cash flow and business needs and apply appropriate banking solutions * Demonstrates the ability to understand Treasury Services products, pricing philosophy, and billing process and procedures * Strong drive/ambition to develop into an individual contributor salesperson * Superior verbal and written communication skills with the ability to mobilize internal networks and resources * Strong time management, organizational and planning skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment * Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word) and superior analytical and quantitative skills
