    Experience : 0 Description : As part of the Credit Bureau Furnishing team, you will be responsible for data mining and data analysis to derive performance improvement opportunities, isolate root causes, and collaborate on viable solutions to provide recommendations to senior management. This role will require frequent interaction and communication with cross-functional partners and presentation to managers and executives. The successful candidate will excel at creative thinking and problem solving, be self-motivated, confident and ready to work in a fast-paced energetic environment. Key Activities + Manipulate large amount of data to determine monthly volumes and shifts month over month and provide clear/concise oral and written conclusions regarding underlying trends and opportunities + Research, root cause and derive drivers of shifts in key risk indicators + operational and quality control processes including review and advisory consultation on scope, sampling, testing, reporting and effectiveness of controls and corrective actions. + Ability to streamline data inputs in order to turn around timely analysis that drives business oversight + Responsible for credit bureau rejects and transformations of furnished data including monitoring and reporting on resolution. + Interface in various forums to report on project and program milestones and present project needs and technical knowledge. + Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide consistent follow up on the status of issues + Effective at complex problem resolution and expected to assist in resolving all difficult issues. + Ability to analyze, interpret and translate metric performance across functions and across different lines of business + Identify business opportunities by performing well thought analysis through data mining; ensuring data integrity, synthesizing and communicating findings to senior management + Bachelor's or Advanced analytic/quantitative discipline preferred + 2+ years of experience business/data analysis + Proven track record in solving business problems, AND/OR, Project Management Skills -- well-organized, structured approach. + Required technical skills may include SQL, SAS, Teradata, Oracle, UNIX and MS Office related products including Excel (Pivot tables, charts / graphs and formulas) + Self-starter with ability to drive for resolution + Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with individuals across departments / functions and with senior-level executives + Ability to work independently and in a team environment, excellent relationship management skills + Demonstrated strong problem solving skills, especially in a fast-paced environment + Excellent communication, and project management skills + Strong familiarity with data manipulation + Possess strong interpersonal skills for partnering with various levels of the organization and influencing results JPMorgan Chase is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer Disability/Veteran.
