US Dollar (USD) The CB Client Data Management team within CB Business
Management is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of sales and
client data as well as related processes. CB Client Data Management is
seeking a Transfer Coordinator to support the business on key client
transfer activities. The Transfer Coordinator will be responsible for
successfully project managing intra-CB and cross-LOB client transfers.
The Transfer Coordinator will coordinate closely with the business,
other LOBs, and key functional and product partners (e.g., Service, KYC,
Credit, TS, Finance etc.) to ensure client transfers are completed in a
reasonable timeframe with minimal impact to the banker or client. Key
Responsibilities Include: * Successfully execute on intra-CB and
cross-LOB transfers in support of key business activities (e.g.,
portfolio realignment, strategic coverage decisions, data clean up etc.)
- Responsible for key transfer activities, including pre-transfer
screening, maintenance, cross-LOB and intra-CB coordination, and
collection and interpretation of required internal / client
documentation * Serve as subject matter expert for client reference data
and impact to client relationship * Extract and interpret client and
account-level data and recommend and execute on reference data updates *
Coordinate with bankers, KYC Officers, TMOs, Client Transfer Advocates,
credit, compliance, audit, product controls, other LOBs and others
throughout the transfer process * Engage Client Transfer Advocate for
complex, cross LOB transfers as defined in CB Client transfer procedures
- Assist in the development of metrics and reporting to track client
transfers * Represent the business in cross-LOB prioritization of Client
Transfer Facility tool enhancements and work with Technology to
implement business requirements * Identify areas for continued process
improvement and assist in the execution of recommendations Ideal

Preferred: * Minimum 3-5 years of work experience; knowledge of
Commercial or Investment Banking is a plus * Expertise with Commercial
Banking client reference and sales data is a plus * Expertise with Excel
and Access; proficiency with PowerPoint (PitchPro) is a plus * Knowledge
of Commercial Banking products and services is a plus * Familiarity with
CB risk and compliance policies as it relates to client transfers *
Expertise with internal J.P. Morgan systems (e.g. Client Central,
Customer Assist, iCRD, Service and credit platforms) is a plus * BA/BS
degree is preferred * Location: Dallas or Chicago preferred
