This role will support all facets of the Breach process including but not limited to, loan research, review, processing, creating letters/correspondences, responding to escalations, addressing requests and queries of internal and external business partners. Additionally, this role will identify any key areas of risk and escalate them to the appropriate parties. Working control reports and exception processes may also be required for this role. Breach department executes the state specific notices, demand letters, and pre-foreclosure notices. The department ensures that appropriate exclusions are built in the process to capture all loans that require the letters, and exception our these with valid exclusions. The department ensures full compliance to the Federal, legislative, and investor requirements. The position requires knowledge in mortgage banking, skills in utilizing the servicing systems such as, MSP, MBWS, iVault, LoanSphere, Infosource, MS Office is also required to efficiently facilitate multiple system applications. The job function is generally widget-driven, high aptitude in production and quality is essential to the operations. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Loan review/processing Create letters Audit review Loan, file, process validation Loan research Address requests and queries from internal and external business partners Knowledge and Experience Minimum of 2 years experience in Default Servicing Knowledge of servicing systems or applications such as, MSP, MBWS, iVault, LoanSphere, Infosource, MS Office Unique Requirements Minimum of 2 years of Default Servicing is strongly preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Ability to adapt to change Self motivated Perform data validation on control/exception reports Candidate must be detail-oriented with an ability to prioritize and simultaneously manage multiple tasks Ability to work independently to manage specific processes and related tasks/issues Ability to work independently to manage specific processes and related tasks/issues Ability to problem solve and make decisions when variables, alternatives, and outcomes are not clearly defined Creative thinker, generates ideas to drive forward Knowledge of servicing systems or applications such as MSP, iVault, LoanSphere, Infosource, MS Office Advanced Excel, and Word skills Some college classes Apply Now Link for schema
