This role will support all facets of the Breach process including but not limited to, loan research, review, processing, creating letters/correspondences, responding to escalations, addressing requests and queries of internal and external business partners. Additionally, this role will identify any key areas of risk and escalate them to the appropriate parties. Working control reports and exception processes may also be required for this role. Breach department executes the state specific notices, demand letters, and pre-foreclosure notices. The department ensures that appropriate exclusions are built in the process to capture all loans that require the letters, and exception our these with valid exclusions. The department ensures full compliance to the Federal, legislative, and investor requirements. The position requires knowledge in mortgage banking, skills in utilizing the servicing systems such as, MSP, MBWS, iVault, LoanSphere, Infosource, MS Office is also required to efficiently facilitate multiple system applications. The job function is generally widget-driven, high aptitude in production and quality is essential to the operations.
