The Global Liquidity Sales Team provides customized fixed income solutions for treasury departments of domestic & multinational corporations, insurance & healthcare companies, state and local governments, not for profit organizations, colleges & universities financial institutions & intermediaries. Our global investment management solutions are delivered to our clients through commingled funds as well as customized managed portfolios across the following currencies: USD, GBP, EUR, RMB, SGD, AUD. Role Description: The primary role of the Internal Client Advisor (ICA) is to partner with 2-3 Client Advisors in covering their defined territories to prospect, close business, and promote JPMorgan Global Liquidity to institutional and intermediary clients. You will be a member of the internal sales team, working to achieve the goals of the global sales team. The position requires accountability to an external salesperson covering the corresponding region. Once in the role, the Internal Client Advisor is expected to earn regulatory licenses (Series 7, 3, 63). Candidates should be self-starters who have a strong desire to succeed and to achieve goals in a consistent and timely manner. Primary Objectives: * Partner with 2-3 Client Advisors to identify and develop new business opportunities with clients/prospects as well as assist with territory management. * Identify and pursue cross-sell opportunities with existing clients and generate prospect referrals. * Cultivate and manage client relationships, by responding to client inquiries, providing ongoing communication with clients/prospects, and develop a full view of clients business and investment needs. * Deliver "the best of the firm" to key clients, through value-add tools/support, product information and updates, and unique JPM market insights. * Coordinate with Client Service Team to ensure proper onboarding and execution of KYC / AML processes. * Ensure cross-team cooperation by identifying and promoting best practices and working closely with Client Advisors as well as Global Sales team. * Proactively site opportunities for process improvement and procedural efficiencies. * Develop and strengthen relationships with internal bank partners (TS, GCB, CB), portfolio managers, client portfolio managers and client service/operations. * Become a leader among analysts, lead by example, encourage analyst development and productivity. * * Proven results in client relationship management, cross-sell experience and prospecting. Demonstrates a drive for achievement and compels others to strive for excellence. * Ability to learn and demonstrate industry and product knowledge by understanding the competition, the client and marketplace * Track record of collaboration and partnership across multiple internal teams including CAs, CPMs, PMs, Client Service, Marketing, and internal bank partners. * Demonstrates knowledge on fixed income investment products. * Capacity to build relationships across entire organization and with business partners across the firm. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills. * Leverage our global resources. Qualifications * Education: Bachelor degree required * Experience: 3+ year's financial services experience preferred and/or directly related sales experience * Licenses: Minimum requirement Series 7, 3 and 63
