    ** About The Team**

    Our Talent Acquisition team is comprised of dedicated recruiters hiring top talent across North America. We manage full cycle recruiting processes, are trusted advisors to our hiring managers, and provide an excellent candidate experience. We are a high performing corporate recruiting function with charter to hire the best and brightest in FinTech.

    ** What You Will Be Doing**

    • Perform full-cycle recruiting for company’s open jobs by conducting in-depth requisition launch meetings, advertising, recruiting, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure only qualified and interested candidates are presented to hiring managers.
    • Guide hiring managers through the interview, selection, reference and offer stages.
    • Manage candidate experience including positioning the opportunity and company, conducting phone screens, coordinating interview schedules, summarizing feedback, make hiring recommendations and managing the offer process.
    • Successfully track progress on requisitions and candidates within Workday.
    • Maintain a focus on the marketplace and communicate market intelligence as appropriate by attending career fairs/events and hosting open houses on site.
    • Generally working multiple requisitions (typically 30+ at one time)

    ** What You Bring**

    • 1-4 Years of experience in staffing OR corporate recruiting
    • Staffing experience strongly preferred
    • Bachelor's Degree OR equivalent combination of education and recruiting experience
    • Skill in direct, internet and networking sourcing and in conducting and facilitating job fairs and recruiting events
    • Skill in the use of Microsoft Office, recruiting and HRIS software (Workday experience desired)
    • Ability to be well organized and to perform under minimal supervision
    • Ability to be successful in a fast-paced environment
    • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
    • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, clients and public
