Configure and test models to the specifications of the testing and report requirements defined in deal documents following established methods and standards

• Pre-Closing
  • Review deal documents to identify potential inconsistencies or interpretational issues
  • Identify and communicate any potential gaps with current system functionality to Director of Analytics and develop requirements for programming staff
  • Perform complete stress-testing of the models and any new functionality developed by the programming staff
• Post-Closing
  • Liaise with the Client Services Manager to ensure the data, model and report are complete and meet the client’s expectations

Perform ongoing maintenance and support of the models through the life-cycle of the deal

• Ensure all requests for work from internal business groups are documented in in issue tracking system.
• Analyze requests and determine if modifications to model are necessary based on review of deal documentation, data attributes and current model configuration.
• Communicate with internal customers and other team members as necessary to clarify requirements and solution approach.
• Perform testing of proposed changes to ensure expected results are achieved.
• Document issue resolution and provide details needed for internal metric reporting.

Development of requirements for new compliance functionality

Participate in coordination and testing of new application releases

Participate in special projects as required

Advanced Excel skills required

Required Experience

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or similar discipline required

 EXPERIENCE:

• Minimum 5 years work experience in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 2 years experience Structured Finance industry with a strong background in compliance testing

Advanced Excel skills required
