    Human Resources Systems Analyst Location: West Des Moines, IA Employment Duration: Full time Description Are you looking for an opportunity to join a fast growing company and add beneficial growth to an evolving Human Resource department? We are looking for an HR Systems Analyst to join our HR Systems and Processes team at Kum & Go. If you work best in a fast-paced environment where every day is different, then this could be the opportunity for you! This role has a direct impact on our current human resource information systems (Workday; Taleo; Kronos), and acts as the main point of contact to provide consultation to system users on best practices, trouble shooting, and day to day operational needs within the HRIS. What youll do Maintains data integrity of HRIS system by performing audits and troubleshooting. Will develop audit and research processes. Performs regular system maintenance including, but not limited to updates, system configurations, integration development and support, etc. Provides a high level of analytical knowledge by assisting users in standardized or customized report generation. Provides guidance to users on best practices and collaborates with system users. Documents best practices for future reference. Provides support to HR business partners to complete HR related processes. Aids in system configuration decisions and rollouts. Assists Systems and Process Director with ongoing system improvements and additional technology implementation. Responsible for coordinating system updates including planning, regression testing and roll out of updates. Participates on training rollouts as a training/support lead. Facilitates training, as needed, within various department or markets of stores. What were looking for Strong analytical and technical skills Prior experience working with human resource information systems (Experience with Workday, Taleo Business Edition, and Kronos a plus) Prior experience developing and/or supporting system integrations strongly preferred Strong Excel skills Understanding of overall HR processes and foundational processes Ability to quickly learn concepts and understand process configuration within a system Effective verbal and written communication Strong problem solving skills Ability to maintain a positive attitude while solving complex situations Time management and prioritization Understanding of escalation paths within HR department and system administration Other key requirements Bachelors degree with 3-5 years of general business experience required including 1-2 years of Human Resources or IT related experience.
