Berlin, WI 53151 We are seeking a Specialist to join our Human Resources
team, to administer all aspects of the hiring process from recruitment
to onboarding. The HR Specialist will coordinate work with other HR team
members involved in the recruiting process, maintain the accuracy of job
descriptions and facilitate HR compliance activities by analyzing data
and maintaining accurate reporting. Duties / Responsibilities: *
Organizes recruitment, selects candidates and participates in
interviewing internal and external candidates for job openings. *
Facilitates recruitment process, including posting internal and external
job postings (web-based, agencies, universities, job boards, and
newspapers if applicable). * Screens and selects candidates,
communicates with hiring managers, maintains accuracy in applicant
tracking system and gains approval for job requisitions and offers. *
Creates offer letters, rejection letters and corresponds with candidates
on behalf of the organization. * Ensures the accurate and timely
completion of all required new associate documentation including
background checks and drug screening. Prepares associates for
orientation. * Plans and conducts new associate orientation as required.
- Sets up new hires systematically. * Ensures AAP data is accurate for
submission to plan coordinator. Analyzes results. * Cross-trains with
other areas in the Human Resources department. * Performs other duties
as assigned. Required Skills Required Experience * Must have a Bachelors
degree in related field and 2 years of human resources experience or
equivalent education and experience. * Demonstrated experience in
project coordination, balancing multiple priorities and managing a
variety of deliverables in a high volume work environment with strong
attention to detail. * Must possess excellent verbal and written
communication skills, problem solving skills, organizational skills and
the ability to work independently. * Must be proficient in Microsoft
Office programs and possess strong analytical skills. Must have
demonstrated ability to function in a variety of programs and systems as
part of job responsibilities. * Must have the ability to use independent
judgment and discretion in various situations while maintaining a high
degree of confidentiality. * Must have a thorough understanding of
company policies and procedures as they relate to this position. Must
understand and comply with job related state and federal laws and
