We are seeking a full-time Personal Financial Officer to join our Brookfield-East Branch. The Personal Financial Officer helps credit union members with various financial needs. Hours include shifts Monday through Friday and rotating Saturday shifts.

 DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Explains and opens accounts for members as requested.
• Cross sells products and services, and makes referrals to the Landmark Investment Center.
• Takes loan applications, obtains credit reports, and underwrites loans within approval limits.
• Handles account related questions and problem-resolution as needed.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Skills Required Experience

• Must have graduated from high school or equivalent.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to handle a high degree of confidentiality.
• Familiarity with the computer systems used for the job, as well as the credit union’s products and services, and account opening.
• Must have passed or be able to pass the written loan officer test.
• Must have or be able to attain Wisconsin Credit Life and Disability Insurance license.
• Must have or be able to attain National Mortgage Licensing System registration (NMLS#).
