  • Responsibilities

    Landmark is seeking ambitious, enthusiastic supervisors/managers to join our Management Training program. The program is designed to rotate individuals through various departments, giving participants a thorough understanding of our organization and industry. Final management placement will be determined by progress in the program and available openings. 

    We’re currently seeking Trainees in Southeastern Wisconsin. This position may require travel between several of our locations.

     

    DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Observes experienced staff and gains knowledge on policies, procedures, methods and standards required of the various departments.
    • Achieves goals set by department or branch during each rotation.
    • Demonstrates leadership skills and knowledge-growth from each rotation.
    • Builds banking relationships with members, offering financial products and services. Originates consumer loans within approval limits
    • Assures that members receive high quality, efficient, friendly and professional service.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree and two years supervisory/management experience or equivalent education and experience.
    • Experience leading a team to achieve customer service and sales goals.
    • Ability to attain NMLS# and become licensed to sell credit insurance.
