    Role Summary:

    • As a Lead Systems Analyst, work closely with business users at all levels to understand and document functional and non-functional requirements.
    • Work closely with development teams in analyzing, designing, building, and testing financial business applications.
    • Maintain active communication channels with all stakeholders on deliverables and periodically send status reports.
    • Ability to provide end-user application support to front-office, middle-office and back-office users.
    • Should have excellent communication skills & strong analytical skills.
    • Should have prior experience interacting and communicating with senior management.
    • Should have experience working in fast paced, high pressure environments.
    • Should be able to drive projects with minimal, unstructured or no requirements.
    • Should be able to track all outstanding bugs, enhancement requests and production issues and manage them from initiation to completion.
    • Ability to perform QA testing and troubleshoot production issues.
    • Ability to prioritize and allocate resources, tasks effectively.
    • Ability to work on multiple projects in parallel and work with multiple teams.
    • Good knowledge of JIRA and Agile development methodology is a must.
    • Should have prior financial domain experience.
    • Candidates with investment banking experience would be preferred.
    • SQL knowledge and data mining skills a huge plus.

    The expected base salary ranges from $101k-$145k. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
