JOB DESCRIPTION:

Additional skills needed to be successful: 3-5 years mortgage experience. Ability to read credit reports and a basic understanding of how to improve one’s credit scores. Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Comfortable with high-volume Contact Center type environment.  Comfortable with presenting information to small and large groups of people.  Individual must have a high school diploma or GED and ability to pass pre-employment drug and background check.

SOME OVERNIGHT TRAVEL WILL BE REQUIRED.

Required Skills

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

3-5 years credit repair or similar experience.

3-5 years mortgage related experience a must.

Bilingual – Spanish Speaking

Educating and assisting our clients who have credit challenges that are preventing them from achieving homeownership.  We will work with prospective home buyers to improve overall credit profile so that they may qualify for a Mortgage loan through M/I Financial and purchase a new M/I Home.
