Compliance Advisory

Support the business in strategic initiatives and advice on regulations, regulatory changes and conflicts of interest.

Core Compliance

Ensures various policies are adhered to, creates annual compliance training for all employees and manages employee personal account trading, political contributions and outside business activities.

Regulatory Risk & Review

Risk-based monitoring and testing of the Firm’s compliance with relevant regulations, policies and procedures.

Financial Crime

Deals with all aspects of financial crime prevention including anti money laundering, anti bribery and corruption, sanctions and fraud prevention.

Regulatory Engagement & Development

Focuses on interaction with BlackRock’s various regulators across exams, inquiries and other engagements, and helps monitor regulatory reform from impact assessment to implementation.

This program is for candidates in their final year of study and obtaining their bachelor’s degree or their master’s degree with less than 18 months' relevant full-time work experience.

The Analyst Program is a two-year program designed to acclimate and train new hires. It also provides the foundation for core professional skills that will allow them to succeed in their roles and begin building their peer networks. The Global Analyst orientation in New York helps to build a knowledge base, prepare analysts for their role at BlackRock and create a peer network. Analysts will hear from a number of senior leaders and market experts on a variety of topics including business fundamentals, BlackRock’s culture, strategic priorities, and leadership principles. They will participate in activities that will illustrate the importance of diversity, professionalism and what it means to be a fiduciary as well as having more role-specific training.
