Job Description
Under the direction of the Manager of Legal Operations, this individual is responsible for receiving and processing all Legal Process documents served to the Credit Union, including but not limited to, subpoenas, requests for production, garnishments, levies, correspondence, and attachments. The individual will handle telephone inquiries and requests from law enforcement, outside counsel and perform a variety of daily departmental tasks. This person will be trained to handle subpoenas, written requests, garnishments, levies, Court Orders, Search Warrants and the policies and procedures regarding these tasks.

Additional Information
The pay range for this position is: $33.26 to $36.76 per Hour (S14)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
