Job Summary: Is an essential resource within the Studio, with solid skills and thinking to bring ideas from the creative team to life in video, animation, and digital experiences. Helps to support best practices and processes to optimize studio efficiency, while delivering best in class creative. Works on projects independently as well as collaborates with producers, creatives, and studio team. Is an active collaborator and contributor in the overall creative group. The candidate should have extensive knowledge of all social media and digital platforms and the requisite skills and experience to build files for them. The candidate should be able to work well within video and digital tools and be familiar with digital video specifications and HTML5 standards to help support speed to market. Responsibilities: * Provides expertise and performs video editing, filming, post-production, animation * Works independently on assigned projects * Provides best practices and direction on studio projects * Finalizes files and responsible for delivering, updating and archiving files when necessary * Prepares files for web, digital, and video production * Creates comps and retouching for presentations working directly with a creative team * Works to support best practices and quality control Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Film, Animation or related field of study. * 2-5 years of related experience. Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite. * Having worked in tools like Thunder, Flashtalking, or other dynamic video or dynamic digital tools is a plus, but not a mandate. * Experience in animation, video editing, filming, video production. * Ability to multitask in a highly productive environment. * Detail oriented and good organizational skills.
