Liberty Mutual Insurance is seeking an energetic Campus Recruiter who will be responsible for campus recruitment activities, including campus relationship management, events planning and execution, sourcing, screening, and candidate management. Develops and maintains relationships with colleges and universities to effectively cultivate a talent pipeline that meets the workforce needs of the Claims and Underwriting functions of Liberty Mutual Insurance. Responsibilities: * Plans and executes on-campus recruiting events to promote the Liberty Mutual brand, employer value proposition, and full range of available opportunities across the organization. Manages all event logistics, partnering with SBUs and Corporate Functions to secure appropriate hiring managers to participate in events. * Travel frequently (up to 50%) during fall and spring recruiting seasons, with occasional evening and weekend commitments. * Cultivates a talent pipeline for Claims and Underwriting internships and entry level positions. Actively sources candidates from assigned schools and from other channels as required. Utilizes appropriate technology to collect, screen, and share resumes. Serves as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruiting process. * Promotes the full array of Liberty Mutual opportunities to a diverse slate of campus talent. Directs candidates to appropriate opportunities based on best fit between individuals capabilities and hiring needs of different SBUs and Corporate Functions. Identifies candidates qualified for multiple positions and guides them through the recruiting process. * Facilitates clear understanding of Liberty Mutuals hiring processes, including application, screening, interviewing, and selection. Provides all candidates with timely communications at regular intervals through all stages of the recruiting process, ensuring a favorable candidate experience regardless of selection decisions. * Facilitates seamless experience between candidates and aligned SBU functions. Ensures seamless handoffs between sourcing/screening, interview/selection, and hiring decision communication stages of the process. * Assists throughout the employment process, providing feedback, reporting, data, and consulting on candidate selection as required. * Partner with Intern Program Manager and any aligned business partners on Boston Internship Programming. Active in facilitating intern programming planning and execution in the Boston office. * Demonstrates an understanding of the business strategies within Liberty Mutual which inform the overall campus recruiting strategy and approach. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree with concentration in business, human resources, or related discipline or related experience * 2-4 years of college (or other relevant) full life-cycle recruiting experience on a national, multi-location basis. Intermediate level of knowledge of full lifecycle campus recruiting components, including events, networking, sourcing, screening, interview prep., offer/decline discussions, pay negotiation, and candidate due diligence. * Experience managing relationships with job applicants/candidates, colleges and universities, and/or other sources of entry level talent * Experience in fast-paced, high-volume settings requiring a sense of immediacy, with demonstrated ability to manage competing demands, receive constructive feedback, and maintain adaptability and flexibility * Strong organizational, time management and process management skills. Demonstrated ability to take ownership of selection process and successfully manage a high-volume workload. Strong written and oral communication skills necessary to effectively work with hiring managers, candidates, and campus contacts * Knowledge of and prior experience with web-based applicant tracking systems (e.g. Taleo, Avature, Gradleaders, etc.) NOTE: Work in the Boston office a minimum three days per week and on-site for all interview days and intern activities Benefits: We value your hard work, integrity and commitment to positive change.
