  • Responsibilities

    We’re seeking a motivated Life Insurance Agent to join our growing team serving families across Central Florida and the Greater Orlando area. In this role, you’ll help clients protect what matters most by selling life insurance policies and expanding our book of business through new and existing client relationships. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong client relationships: Establish trust and ongoing communication to understand and support clients’ long-term financial needs. • Assess client needs and recommend appropriate life insurance solutions: Conduct personalized evaluations to match clients with the most suitable policies. • Present and sell life insurance policies effectively: Clearly explain product options, benefits, and terms to help clients make informed decisions. • Assist clients throughout the application and underwriting process: Ensure applications are complete, accurate, and submitted promptly to streamline approvals. • Stay current on industry trends and regulatory requirements: Maintain up-to-date knowledge to ensure compliance and deliver informed guidance. Qualifications: • Life Insurance license and FINRA investment licenses (e.g., Series 6 or 7), or willingness to obtain them within 60–90 days. • Proven sales and prospecting experience , preferably in insurance or financial services. • Self-starter with strong prospecting and networking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.Strong organizational and follow-up skills to manage leads and client records. • High level of professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards.Bilingual abilities are a plus (but not required). Compensation: $65,000+ at plan
