The Liability Management Product Manager role is based within Global Payment Solutions. The role is responsible for P&L management, product development, commercialization and product planning. The role holder will work closely with key stakeholders including Sales, Finance, Service, Operations, Technology, and Market Treasury.

The role holder will:

• Implement Global Payment Solutions and bank’s strategy according to balance sheet needs and revenue commitments.
• Drive initiatives across organization including Sales, Client Services, Marketing, Operations, IT, Legal, and Compliance to deliver optimal customer experience.
• Embrace and instill continuous improvement culture by proactively identifying areas of opportunity.
• Perform analysis and make recommendations to, obtain input, and buy-in from senior management and relevant stakeholders.
• Manage risk across the portfolio by complying with product governance activities and closing existing gaps.
• Be an integral member of the broader Liquidity team working to achieve regional and global objectives.
• Promote an environment that supports diversity and reflects the HSBC brand.

For this role, HSBC targets a fixed pay range between $68,900.00 and $103,300.00.

The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.

You should apply if you have:

• At least 2 years’ experience in product management or relevant discipline.
• Solid understanding of treasury products and project management.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to effectively work with multiple business partners to develop and commercialize product propositions.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and ability to formulate conclusions based on large data sets.
• Ability to navigate complex and matrixed organizations.
• Passion for transaction banking and curiosity to continue learning.
• Credentials to be an influential contributor to the Transaction Banking industry with strong process reengineering/business transformation experience.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.
