Job Description

• Bachelor’s degree. Three years of additional, directly relevant work experience (over and above the minimum experience requirements for this position) may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree.
• 3+ years of experience in a litigation support, electronic discovery, and/or technology support environment, preferably within the Government, but a law firm or top eDiscovery vendor is also acceptable. Experience with eDiscovery technical experience in compiling, analyzing, and synthesizing information to support project task requirements.
• Knowledge of information resources and file types.
• Excellent analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to consistently deliver the highest quality work under extreme pressure and tight deadlines.
• Experience in managing multiple tasks, such as those defined in the Duties & Responsibilities above, must be demonstrated.
• An understanding of the litigation lifecycle and electronic discovery/document review processes, procedures and practices is required.
• Experience performing Administrator and Case Manager functions in Relativity.
• Experience with providing end-user support on all Litigation Support applications, including but not limited to assisting with end-user training.
• Experience with Relativity, Nuix, Concordance, IPRO Eclipse, Cloud Nine Law, Beyond Compare and other applicable eDiscovery software platforms.
• Must be able to obtain a favorably adjudicated Public Trust Clearance.
