SUMMARY:

Provide control and administrative support required by all Mizuho Bank credit related deals. This role is in on the Loan Control team. Candidate will have an opportunity to learn about underlying transactions and also to help provide overall control and risk management for the loan function by interacting with the loan administrators.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for distribution to the relevant parties of all Incoming faxes, email loan agent notice for syndicated deal

• Responsible for Daily Reconciliation of all Incoming fax, email

• Responsible for various data clean-up tasks

• Provide other administrative and clerical support as assigned by Unit Head

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel

• Good verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to effectively organize and multi-task under pressure

The expected base salary ranges from $50,000 - $70,000. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications and licenses obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
