Branch Supervisors are responsible for reviewing loan packages and credit reports to ensure all aspects of the verification process have been properly completed prior to funding and adhere to company policies.

Other duties include supervising staff, interacting with dealers, customers, field representatives and a variety of other outside entities in a fast paced environment. The Branch Supervisor performs field marketing and business development 2-3 days per week. The successful candidate provides a superior level of customer service and the ability to interact and promote our finance programs to car dealerships.

BASIC RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review all facets of the loan process for compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures
• Review credit reports, calculate income, examine book valuations, negotiate with dealers
• Ensure stipulations and documentation are in order and are valid
• Mentor, train, coach, develop and motivate staff
• Communicate with dealers and branch team
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships
• Stay abreast of competing markets
• Knowledgeable about all loan processing and funding applications
• Perform field marketing and business development 2-3 days per week

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Have some experience reading credit reports
• Attention to detail and work well in fast paced environment
• Some knowledge of industry marketing and sales techniques
• Adapt to a fast paced, high energy work environment. leadership experience is a PLUS
• Organizational skills
• Have a command of interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to use office equipment
• Computer skills
• Bilingual Spanish
• 2 year college or equivalent work experience preferred
• Compensation: DOE
