This is an exciting time to join Visa's U.S. Client Marketing team, as we strengthen our focus on deepening relationships with established Issuer and Merchant Clients and launch Visa products with partners in Fintech.
The Manager, U.S. Client Marketing, Super Regional Issuers will support the development and execution of client programs that optimize the use of Visa marketing platforms/initiatives.
The U.S. Client Marketing team, part of the overall North America Marketing organization, is transforming how we partner with clients to drive engagement, through a proactive and results driven marketing approach. As part of the U.S. Client Marketing team, the Marketing Manager, U.S. Client Marketing Super Regional Issuers will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth for Visa and its issuer clients by focusing on engaging with teams across Visa and its clients. You will lead efforts to identify marketing needs and propose solutions that unlock new business opportunities, leveraging Visa’s insights, platforms, and sponsorship assets to create competitive advantage for our clients.
This Marketing Manager will build consultative client relationships and drive business growth by collaborating with sales, product, and agency partners to develop and deliver innovative marketing programs.
You must be able to thrive in a fast-moving, highly matrixed environment. You are results-oriented, flexible, with a “can do”, positive attitude. Additionally, you have a strong track record in working collaboratively and independently with internal team members and external clients.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 134,600 to 195,150 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
