    How will you make an impact in this role?

    The Loyalty & Benefits Governance and Reporting team, part of Digital Product Operations, is at the heart of American Express’ customer experience-delivering high-impact capabilities that enable cardmembers to earn and redeem rewards, enjoy travel perks, and access partner benefits across channels and geographies.

    We are in the midst of a major transformation-modernizing our legacy systems to a scalable, resilient, and configurable platform that powers the next generation of loyalty experiences. This year marks a critical phase in that journey, and we are looking for a bold, strategic, and pragmatic leader to take charge .

    This role will lead governance efforts over the broader scope of the Governance and Reporting program, including support of the US and International Modernization programs, GLB reporting, and strengthening processes, tools and functions.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Support the Global Loyalty and Benefits Governance & Reporting functions.

    • Partner with GLB teams to identify opportunities for reporting, templates, and operational efficiency opportunities.

    • Present to and represent GLB Governance priorities and initiatives in meetings and forums.

    • Identify efficiency opportunities and build capabilities utilizing AI and automation to streamline and strengthen our approach and program.

    • Create, maintain and refine operations and process documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.

    Minimum Qualifications :

    • 7+ years of program management experience, or 5+ years of focus on technology transformations with experience reporting directly to senior leaders

    • Demonstrated ability to drive clarity in ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

    • Strategic thinker with sharp execution focus-able to align long-term vision with near-term delivery.

    • Excellent facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills.

    • Ability to craft executive level materials (e.g., communications and presentations).

    • Strong O365 skillset (e.g., PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

    • Deep appreciation for controls, compliance, and risk frameworks in a highly regulated environment.

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; advanced degree a plus .

    Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually + bonus + benefits
