Do you want to be a part of a Human Resources team that is building the HR function of the future? HBSC Bank is looking for an HR Advisory Manager to support the GBM line of business.
Here’s what you can expect:
As our HR Advisory Manager, you will be supporting people managers and employees in navigating complex people challenges across the spectrum of HR Services. This will likely involve building trusted-advisor relationships with Senior Executives and Global Banking and Markets (GBM) managers, and delivering outstanding customer service while providing coaching and advice to help solve problems.
Requirements
Employment eligibility to work with HSBC in the U.S. is required as the company will not pursue visa sponsorship for these positions.
You have a thorough knowledge and understanding of relevant HR legislation and policies as well as the business environment to ensure guidance aligns with business aims and goals.
You’re a collaborative teammate, but also a proactive, self-starter who is able to work independently.
You have a keen eye for detail, quickly able to identify errors or gaps in information.
You are comfortable interacting with and providing guidance to all levels of employees.
