Job Description
The primary purpose of this position is to work with Ent's/Wings' mortgage production staff, members and potential members to assist them in identifying and securing a mortgage loan that is appropriate for achieving their financial goals, including home ownership. The Manager coordinates their team's origination of compliant files for conventional, FHA, and VA lending for a pre-determined amount of mortgage volume that is determined on a yearly basis. The Mortgage Department provides our community the highest quality member mortgage experience. We strive to be our community's first choice when deciding how to achieve their homeownership goals. This role's major priorities will fluctuate with time spent on various activities due to factors such as changing market conditions, team composition, new regulations, or other emergent needs.

Additional Information
The pay range for this position is: $130,228.80 to $143,956.80 per Year (S18)
Final compensation for this position will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, certifications, and internal pay equity.
This position is eligible for a monthly incentive plan.
